Jack
Command Centre Controller
While our installers are in the field, Jack is at the helm managing enquiries, bookings, and team logistics to ensure every job we do is seamless. A natural problem solver, he is the vital bridge between your first phone call and a perfectly installed pet door. Jack’s favourite part of his role is knowing he’s helped a WA household (and their furry friends) live a more convenient, open-door life.
When he’s not coordinating the team, Jack spends his time as the personal assistant to a Bull Mastiff named Bam Bam. On a long weekend, you’ll find him 4WDing through the bush, camping or perfecting his secret talent: grilling a five-star steak. As a 3rd year apprentice, Jack brings a steady hand and a genuine love for pets to everything he does.
Pete
Mr Congeniality
Pete has a natural gift for a yarn, he turns every installation into a friendly, seamless and stress-free experience. For Pete, the best part of the job is seeing the instant relief on a customer’s face when they realise their pets won’t be anxious home alone anymore. He prides himself on leaving every home with a perfectly fitted door and a very happy pet owner.
When he isn’t fuelled by a Mountain Dew or expertly fitting glass, Pete is a family man who spends his weekends at church, keeping up with his kids, or hitting the motocross tracks. At home, he answers to his loyal Ridgeback, Leo, though he admits he’s a Jack Russell at heart (convinced he’s much bigger than he actually is)! Whether he’s tackling a technical install or chatting pets, Pete brings genuine heart to every Perth home we install pet doors in.
Kynan
Mr Efficiency
Kynan has a knack for precision and pace, getting installation jobs done expertly so you can get back to your day. While he’s a man of efficiency, he’ll always find a moment to bond with the local pets, as meeting our VIPs (Very Important Pets) is exactly why he does what he does.
Fuelled by Mango Lemonade Celsius, Kynan’s life outside of work is a mix of high-adventure camping and quiet afternoons lost in a book. While he shares his home with Loki, a Turkish Angora, he’s a Siamese cat at heart: clever, quick, and remarkably agile. His bizarre party trick? vibrating his eyes on command! And all these combined is why Kynan is a one-of-a-kind part of the WA Glass Pet Doors family.
